Reply to the NetOz network team and add documents

Every ASN, AS-SET and prefix you register gets a review from the NetOz network team, and we open one when a route becomes RPKI invalid. When we need something from you, the review is marked Needs your reply and you get an email. This guide shows how to answer and how to send files.

Before you start

• IP transit must be turned on for your account by NetOz. If you buy IP transit from us and don’t see IP transit under Network in the sidebar, contact NetOz support.
• You need to be an account admin, or have IP transit set to Manage on your team access.
• People with View access can read messages but can’t reply or upload.

Step 1 Open the Messages tab

On the IP transit page, open Messages. If anything is waiting on you it opens on Needs your reply. Use Open, Closed and All to see the rest, or search by ASN, AS-SET or prefix.

Step 2 Read the thread and write your reply

Select a review to expand it. You see who asked what and when, and a link to the ASN, AS-SET or prefix it’s about. Type your answer in Reply to NetOz support. Only our team sees it.

Step 3 Send it

Select Send reply. A Reply sent confirmation appears, and the review moves from Needs your reply back to In review while our team looks at your answer.

Step 4 Add documents on the item itself

Replies are text only. To send a file, select Open AS64502 (or whichever item the review is about) and use the Documents card: select Add files, choose the file and select Upload. Only NetOz staff can download it. For an ASN, a signed letter of authority belongs under Proof of control instead.

What happens next

Your reply moves the review back to In review. We email you when our team replies or makes a decision. Approved and closed reviews stay under Closed for reference.
